Advertising my property: how does it work?
- First, you send us all information and photos of your rental house or apartment via the form below or via e-mail: info@stayeustatius.com.
- Next, we will create your own webpage on www.stayeustatius.com where your rental property is showcased.
- We will promote this page regularly in our local and international network via Facebook, Instagram and other social media.
- You can use the link to share your advertisement with your own network.
- If someone is interested in your rental home, they can message you directly via the contact form on your page. Then it’s up to you to come to an agreement with your new tenant.
Price: $15 per month (this includes creating your page)

Rental management: we handle all communications with new tenants
If it’s more convenient for you, we can also take all the communications and paperwork off your hands. We will receive the online inquiries, do tenant screening, arrange viewings, and handle all communications with the tenant once a match with you is made. We can set up and negotiate the rental contract on your behalf and will organize a smooth check in and check out of the new tenant.
In addition to this we can include a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly inspection of your property. Hurricane preparations and after-storm care are also options. We are very flexible and happy to customize our services to meet your needs.
Price: 15% of the rent during the full rental period, including online advertisement and promotion.
