One Love is a yoga studio with wonderful views on the hills of Boven National Park and the Atlantic Ocean, with St. Maarten and St. Barths in the distance. We also get to see wonderful sunsets from the yoga porch.
Yoga teacher Noortje has been teaching yoga since 2017.
After having taught her classes in the sports hall for a while, in October 2019 she could move to her new location. The space is smaller, but with the quietude, breeze and views it is a much better location and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the present moment.
The classes are taught in Hatha/Vinyasa and Yin style.
Currently there are three classes a week. Two of the classes are suitable for all levels. No previous experience needed. The other one is a more vigorous class and suitable for physically fit people with some yoga experience.
One Love can also arrange private classes and classes on location on request.
Besides the yoga porch there is a massage room as well. Here Noortje gives relaxation massages, which can be booked in advance.
