This cozy Caribbean home in Sint Eustatius, with its stunning sea views and tropical garden, is perched on top of a cliff. This vantage point allows you to enjoy views of nearby St. Kitts, our dormant volcano “The Quill”, and seasonal migrating whales. The sunsets also never disappoint. The villa is just a 7-minute drive from the town center and peacefully located at the most southern end of the island.

The space
This beautiful villa offers bright and spacious rooms with everything you need. It has a large tropical garden with amazing views on the Caribbean Sea. The peace and tranquility which greet you, will make you feel at home instantly. The villa can host up to 4 guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Accessibility
Everything is within 10 minutes reach on this small 8 square miles island. But considering the sloping roads and landscape of volcanic St Eustatius and the location of this villa, renting a vehicle or scooter is highly recommended (I can help with that!). There is sufficient private parking space available on the villa property.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms feature early American style queen size beds complimented with modern white furniture and overhead fans and air-conditioning. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the other bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. Both bathrooms have a vanity, a shower and a toilet.

Open plan living room and kitchen
Enjoy preparing meals while still in touch with other guests sitting in the living room or outside on the ‘ships deck’ terrace. The easy flow of this connection makes it a perfect space for entertaining. The trade winds cool the house down all year long. There is, however, an air-conditioning in the living room and two ceiling fans with lights.
