Las Ventanas is a house located at the top of the unpaved Peru Road in Upper Round Hill, a quiet and private area at the foot of the Quill volcano. The spacious apartment covers the full top floor of the house and is accessible via a private entrance. The large open plan living room with kitchen gives access to two bedrooms with AC’s and private bathrooms. A surrounding gallery extends the living area and offers amazing views over the Atlantic Ocean.
Las Ventanas has a real tropical vibe to it: a fantastic place for people who appreciate nature and tranquility!
The lower level of the house is occupied by the owners when they are on the island. Utilities are included in the rent and laundry facilities are available. There is plenty of parking space around the premises.
The apartment is semi-furnished (more furniture can be arranged upon request) and available for long term rental.
