This charming 1-bedroom house offers a quiet and peaceful stay with its tropical garden and beautiful view of the Caribbean sea and serene sounds of the waves. The tiny house is just a 7-minute drive from the town center and peacefully located in White Wall, at the most southern end of the island of Sint Eustatius.
The indoor space
The light living room with AC, sofa and desk, gives access to the well equipped open plan kitchen. A small hallway leads towards the bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet, and to the bedroom with a king size bed.
The outdoor space
Relax on the cozy porch from the sofa or hammock, enjoying the breeze while overlooking the tropical garden with stunning sea views. Watch migrating whales, sailboats and cruise ships pass and be amazed by the beautiful sunsets. There’s washing area with automatic washing machine and an outdoor shower to cool you off after a warm day.
Accessibility
Everything is within 10 minutes reach on this small 8 square miles island. But considering the sloping roads and landscape of volcanic St Eustatius and the location of this villa, renting a vehicle or scooter is highly recommended (I can help with that!). There is sufficient private parking space available on the villa property.
Availability
This property is available between June and December for short and medium length stays (from 5 days up to 6 months). Best suitable for quiet solo travelers or couples, visiting Sint Eustatius for business or pleasure.
