Made in Statia is een tuincentrum en zorgboerderij waar bladgroente, kruiden, fruit en groente verbouwd wordt voor de lokale gemeenschap.

De dagen waarop geoogst wordt zijn Maandag, Woensdag, en Vrijdag, maar bladgroente en kruiden kunnen dagelijks geplukt worden.

Producten uit het tuincentrum zoals planten, potgrond, potten, plantenvoeding, irrigatiesystemen en gereedschap zijn ook iedere dag verkrijgbaar.

Made in Statia producten

Made in Statia verkoopt wanneer verkrijgbaar ook lokaal gemaakte producten. Daarbij kunt u denken aan voedsel, zoals sorrel sap, hete saus en snacks, maar ook handgemaakte decoratieve artikelen zoals tegels gemaakt van gerecycled glas, aardewerk en paalkappen.

Kids playground

Op het terrein van Made in Statia is ook een speeltuin aanwezig, en iedereen is altijd van harte welkom om rond te lopen over het terrein en te genieten van de stress-vrije sfeer.

Zorgboerderij Sint Eustatius

Onlangs heeft Made in Statia in samenwerking met verschillende organisaties de functie van zorgboerderij aangenomen. Jongeren en volwassenen die moeite hebben te functioneren in de samenleving krijgen de benodigde aandacht en begeleiding om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren die hen kunnen helpen in toekomstige werkbetrekkingen.

Made in Statia is a garden center and care farm that also produces leafy greens, herbs, fruits and vegetables for the local community.

Harvest days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday but leafy greens and herbs can be picked daily.

Garden center products such as plants, potting soil, pots, fertilizer, irrigation system parts and garden tools are available daily as well.

Made in Statia products

Made in Statia also sells locally made products when available. Here you can think of food products such as sorrel juice, hot sauces and snacks, but also handmade decorative articles like tiles made of recycled glass, pottery and pillar caps.

Kids playground

The Made in Statia grounds also house a kid’s playground, and everyone is welcome to take a walk around the property and to relax in this stress free space.

Care Farm St Eustatius

Recently Made in Statia, in team effort with different organizations, has taken on the function of care farm. Youths and adults that have a hard time functioning in society get the attention and guidance needed to learn new skills that will help them in future jobs.
