Franky’s Bar & Restaurant is an offspring of Talk of The Town Restaurant, which was the first official restaurant on St. Eustatius and which opened officially in July 1976. Franky’s is now open for over 30 years and is a cultural landmark on St. Eustatius. On November 15th, 2019 Franky’s Bar and Restaurant celebrated its 30th Anniversary! A visit to the island of St Eustatius is not complete without passing at Franky’s and trying one of the famous dishes under the guidance of the chef and owner Franklin Gibbs.
Franky’s Bar & Restaurant serves Local and International Cuisine. Vegetarian and/or Vegan options are available upon request. Every Saturday starting at 11.00am we serve the best BBQ on the island!
Openings hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 10pm & Mondays from 6pm on for Seafood Night
